My Anger
My anger towards the State Capitalist system is fueled not from what has happened to me but out my love of others. I can suck it up that which has happened in my life but I grieve the suffering of those I love. That is what moves me most.
It makes me wonder: can true revolutionary force ever stem from self-preservation alone or must it come from our compassion and love of others?
i think it needs to come from compassion. that’s what separates a humanitarian movement from any other power struggle. you need to be able to find common ground with the opposing group.
